Chevon
Chevon is a French-derived word for goat meat. Did you know that chevon makes up more than 60% of the red meat consumed worldwide? Chevon is a very lean meat, packed with protein. Our goats have been fed real goat's milk (not powdered milk replacer) until weaned at about 8 weeks old. From this point onward, their diet consists of grass alone.
