Pork
Our heritage breed pigs, Tamworth and Large Black from Adirondack Heritage Hogs, are raised on certified organic pasture and fed whey from our creamery, grains from the local mill, and whatever else they root up in their pasture and woods. They are excellent cultivators and help us create new patches of land for planting crops.
We will process ten pigs this fall. We sell our pigs whole, half, or by the cut.
Whole Hog: $650 / Half Hog: $350
A whole hog will yield about 120 pounds of pork butchered and vaccuum-packed at a USDA certified facility, and ready for your freezer. Please be sure to contact us to reserve yours as supply is limited.
